Noun

• A word which names a person, place or thing.
• There are generally four classes of nouns.

• Abstract nouns

Verb

• A word which shows action or state of being.
• Every sentence must have a verb.
• Actions verbs(Transitive and intransitive)
• Non-actions verbs(be verbs and linking verbs)

Action verbs

1. An action verbs expresses that someone or something does(E.g run, talk, eat, write, work, give)

   Examples,

• his mother sings him a lullaby.
• She hugs him tightly and kisses his cheeks.
• The baby looks at his mother.
• He laughs and gurgles contentedly.
• His mother gazes at him adoringly.
